i bought a few VC games that were supposed to be good. . . they all kinda sucked. . .

You guys are total retards. You know you can download roms and emulators, try out these games, then buy them on VC? If you don't like that concept, then get a friend to do it for you. Either way, total retard because there's a nice buffer for those smart enough, and yes you can also read game reviews.
