Well the good news is we can carry over VC games into the next Nintendo console. So no worries about buying VC all over again. Just avoid one thing... Never sell your Wii! Or... Buy a used Wii from someone who was dumb enough to buy 100 VC games. That works too. My friend sold his Wii after he bought over 12 VC games, and I think 8 good Wii games for $350. Overall whoever bought it, got an insane deal.

im sure many of you realize (I found out the hard way) games that were AWESOME 20 years ago do NOT have the same effect now, maybe its because of how far games have come or maybe its because were older and wiser, or maybe we all just got spoiled on games and expect more who knows.

Definitely has to be SOCCER from NES, I thought it was a different soccer game that I had played way back when I was younger, but I was wrong.

Regrets: Loadrunner is the biggest piece of shit to ever drop out of.....well you get my point. Who would have thought that the version on my school library Tandy computer in 1986 would have out-performed the system I bought 20 years in the future/? That is the worst game ever.
And yes, games today are nauseatingly easy. Super PAper MArio pissed me off b/c you CANT die. Then I thought about how when I was a kid I beat Double Dragon, got to the final stages of Section Z, and the other billion hard ass games I beat. Kids today I tell ya. Or we can keep it simple, SMB is harder than any game released in the past decade, there I said it.

I won't deny games have gotten easier, but there's definitely been tougher games than SMB in the past decade. What about Ikaruga, Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, Ninja Gaiden Black, or F-Zero GX? And let's not forget retro 'tribute' games like La Mulana and I Wanna Be the Guy.
