best vc baseball game

which vc baseball game is the most enjoyable? do any of them let you save your progress over the course of a season?

I have Bases Loaded. It does allow you to play a season according to the "manual". So far, I have only played one full game and part of a second as it is very slow - much slower paced than I remember on NES. And I haven't figured out if it possible to shorted games from 9 innings.

The nice thing w/ the VC games is you can stop playing and return to the point you left off. I play 2 or 3 innings at a time.

Baseball Stars 2 for sure. I would be so bold as to say its probably the most entertaining baseball game you can get even today. Its an absolute blast to play. Not realistic, but just lots of damn fun.
