that is just like family guy on fox and adult swim. you would see a new episode on fox b4 you would see it on adult swim but if you missed the fox airing you could still see it on adult swim and it would be new to the person seeing it for the first time.

its a fact that you can overdose on drugs.
its a fact that weed is illegal.
its a fact that weed is a drug

in my opinion in order for something to be a drug you have to mix some chemicals to make it. legal or illegal. ie perscription, over the counter, or meth.

in my opinon i never heard of anyone smoking smoking into a overdose so weed isnt a drug and should be legal.

now even though the facts are true (to a point) i have some good opinions as well. they also make the facts seem a lil shaky. but due to laws no matter how right i think it should be will say no to weed. but take 12 tylenol and that will be your last headache (lmao @ katt williams)

some things are facts others are just very strong opinions
i mean hell years ago it was a "fact" that the earth was flat.

Write a novel? more like throw out the facts and try to clear up some misconceptions. Its not personally about me, as was your post. IF someone argues that the PS3 uses stolen technology, then i will argue back with an article and facts that shows that both ps3 and nintedo use stolen tech. Im not taking any sides here, just making clear that its looked at realistically and not with bias.

When you responded it was personally about YOU and how YOU assumed this and that. This is why i say it was emotional, if you say you were not then i will take your word on it.

But heres the thing. Your opinion is not based off the fact. So your opinion is that you think drugs have to be chemically mixed, the the fact is, drugs are already mixed and made by nature. Weed is made up of THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol), this does not have to be mixed. It grows that way. So it is a drug, in fact many things in life are drugs. These are facts.

Its your opinion that it should not be illegal. This is based off the fact that you cant die from smoking too much at once. It is a fact that you can vomit, become unconcious, eat too much, lose control, damage your lungs and lower your immune system from smoking too much weed. I knew a guy that smoked too much that he couldnt tell if he was walking 50 miles an hour or going at the speed of light. The idiot was so high, he just stared at the ground while walking... right off a ledge. He didnt die, and it was funny as hell, but like alocohol your senses are messed up and you can become a danger to yourself and others.

So the point is, it is a misconception that im against, and it seems so are you. But the facts are there, saying that weed is a drug, it is your opinion not based off facts that drugs can only be mixed with checicals, which is not a fact.

Facts are simple because they are concrete details, its what you do with them that matters.

Facts are true, period (not to a point". Facts however can be attacked, questioning their sources, and tested. Some facts cannot be questioned, other have to be researched. 2+2=4 cant be questioned. OJ killed somebody, though factually proven innocent, it might be not be fact enough to be true and would require one to see it for themselves.

true, it is a different for every person. However, even natural drugs can be just as potent as the man made ones, directly and indirectly. I agree though that weed is not as a bad as people make it out to be, but its still a drug, if not a natural one. (of course, you have to ask yourself, if the stuff you get is laced or not)
