Maybe you should not know how to use a controller...
The N64 controller had even instructions how to hold it.
I've been playing for hour and hours with Mario 64 and never felt uncomfortable nor pain... I've never touched a Micro$oft X-Box... it's a very bulky and ugly lady and I either use micro$oft OS, so i either use that crap.
Regarding PS controllers... they are regular controllers, nothing special. After several hours of Tekken Tag Tournament, my hands end up really tired.
