yep those 3, and the first legend you catch is either dialga or palkia, and i would advise trying to catch the pokemon in something other than a masterball cause people tend to think its hacked if its in a masterball.

did you choose the fire monkey? if you did you should have no problem cause steel pokemon have a x4 weakness to fire atks.

yep, lol your all ready for this gym, you can get another riolu if ya want lolz, jus go to iron island and stuff, but their like lvls 40-50 so watch out...Wait, what lvl pokemon can you control now?

50 or 60 I think 
I have Rioule but I just cant be bothered keeping him in my party at the moment, I am moving on in the game and I am not going back to train pokemon back up unless I need them.
I might trade mine to someone so they will evolve it for me
