Male Surfing Pikachu?!?!
Yes i saw a male surfing pikachu! I went to the new http://www.pokemon-gts.net/ and looked up pikachu with #1master to see if there was any shinies. I saw a male pikachu and its moveset was the exact same as the one u get from pbr. It was lvl 10. Does anyone know a legit way to get a male surfing pikachu or is it impossible?

I doubt it, it should be a hack T.T
There are only two ways to get surfing Pikachu, it's with the Pokebox event or something like that, or in some Japanese event, according to what I see in Serebii. Doesn't matter anyways, you can't breed a surfing Pikachu ._.

they are like pichus though, but supposebly don't come with Volt Tackle so yeah I don't know, I guess it's hacked. Otherwise, who the hell would trade that on gts?

You can't get surfing pikachus from box or NYPC in DP because when you migrate pokemon they have to have all HM moves removed. So you actually can transfer those pikachus like that, but not with surf
