Great place to get trades and battle immediately.
I don't know if anybody has posted this website (too lazy to read), but this is a great way to do trades and battle immediately and not have to wait for someone to post your topic.

I've said this before, infact, I'll quote my self here.

You look at simi serious battlers here (fox, wuddle, massi4h, chica, danny) and you will feel outclassed. WHY? because they are often smogonites, that also keep the waters filled with smaller sites.
Veekun - Sites like veekun are the dedicated fringe boards often with their each unique specialty or reminder of their goal or their own ideal sets.
