The only question on my mind is this:
Will they be giving out the actual Pokemon itself? Or will they be giving everyone the Membership Pass so they can access the hotel in Canalave City and get to NewMoon Island to catch Darkrai?

I'm have to attend this being that my little brother is a freak when it comes to Pokemon and Toys R us is less then 3mins away from where I live.
I have a question though, can't you guys just clone it once you have it?

1. I wish I lived 3 mins from it... I gotta go 1hr drive from it...
2. It depends. If they give the item, Membership Pass, from it, best bet yes. However, if it is the actual pokemon, then it depends on how it is. Basically, if it has a certain Ribbon, you won't be able to put it on GTS, therefore not being able to clone it through the GTS cloning glitch. However, I don't know of any other cloning methods

Well, let me go ahead and speak my peace.
The natures you want to Soft Reset for: Hasty / Naive / Timid / Modest
Treat Darkrai much like you would treat a gengar, essentaly, he is exactly that, an uber teir gengar that actualy has a decent physical attacking stat, but stick with the special side.
When I get my Darkrai, I will happly clone and give it to nice/freinds
that are here; and I am sure many others will do the same.
The only question is will it be a pure give away, or will it be the item to do the side quest?
Item: Easyer to get nature with a synchronizer. GTS tradeable.
Giveaway: Cerish Ball, Possibly movie moves (spacial rend important here, roar of time not), harder to get nature, Not GTS tradeable.

Right now, the only clone method I know of is the GTS cloning bit... However, exploiting it equals you being banned from Wi-Fi for about a day.
