Im at the point where i just freed the 3 pokemon that team galactic held hostage. Now i have NO idea wat to do.

PS - does some know the movie that lets you scale rocky walls?

The move that let's you climb walls is an HM and its called rock climb and check out gamefaqs.com to help answer your other question.

Once they're freed you need to capture them .. .. .. two go back to their caves in the middle of the lakes, the other one can be found running freely around .. .. .. look on your "marking map" to see where it is.

Like Captainff said, you have to find them in all three of the lakes. When you go up to Mesprit to talk to it though you'll see a picture of it pop up on the screen and it'll book it. Don't worry though, this still counts in your 'dex as seeing it (you only need to "see" Sinnoh's 150 Pokemon to get the National Pokedex after the Elite 4), just like you have to do to see your game version's opposite legendary Pokemon.
