found this statement on serebii.net that came from corocoro magazine, its a rumor at this point though:

In the run up to Thursday's CoroCoro release, info is likely to be leaked. As such, the japanese blog, blue skY, a blog that got some info right prior to DP's release (also got some stuff wrong), has reported some new info said to be from CoroCoro. It's entirely possible that this is not true, especially as they themselves cast some doubt upon it, but here's the info as you do have a right to know:

* Pokémon Platinum, set for September release. Giratina on the box
* Volkner no longer gym leader of Sunyshore City
* The Underground is now Wi-Fi enabled
* An island called Battle Island, works in the same manner as the Battle Frontier
* Several new Pokémon 'forms' exist in the game; Giratina's Origin Form, Regigigas' Sky Form, Shaymin's Another Form
Edit @ 13:56 BST: Thanks to slowkingsley on the forums, we have some further info regarding these translated. Giratina & Regigigas' new forms are said to be able to get the Levitate ability and Shaymin's Another form may be at least part Ice Type

these seem very possible to me, and itd be great to have the underground wifi enabled. would make the game a little more intresting to play.

While out of context, let me say that this might be closer to a super game....
I am verry glad to see it, and I verry much hope it is riley who is the new daddy of the game (much in the way that Steven stepped down, in sorta super reverse).....

Also, Platnium is a metal (a silvery black metal, but metal none the less) could this maybe provide a hint to GSC content in the game?

Now that I said that....Both metal and gemstones, follow basic crystalline structure, being as that both are held in a tight lattices, the major difference of course is conductivity, ductility, and malibilty, all coming from the fact that electrons flow freely in metals while other crystals do not alow electron flow. The point I am getting at here, is beyond the color generation, all the pokemon titles have all been some form of crystal.

Yep... same game... new sprites, new location of the pokemon and probably a new story, Giratina based... Probably you will be able to cach both Dialga and Palkia and the new form of Giratina.

Anyway, I wiped out a guy from a tourney due Giratina (his, not mine) He used that shadow force attack and I withdrew my poke and sent out Porygon Z and finish it in the next turn.

What ever. I allways end up buying every Pokémon game that comes out. But hopefully, it will be good.

There are a few screenshots of Shaymin floating around, movie and otherwise, however, check this out....The rumored sky form of shaymin, but look, it looks more grown, more adult, wonder what causes it to go grass...air?
