Pretty Simple...whats your team in Diamond/Pearl?
Mine is :
Azumarill (shiny)
Metagross
Flygon
Camerupt
Dusknoir
Aggron
I can't recall all of their levels but they are all really high up there.

Well, I've been using this team for a while, and this is essentially the outline, and I will trade in and out a dude, as I feel or see fit.
Biostrike - The Venusaur
Timid @ Choice Scarf
56 HP / 252 SpA / 200 Spe
-Sleep Powder
-Leaf Storm
-Hp Ice 70
-Earthquake / Sludge bomb.
Thus far, my favorite lead I've been using for the past few monthts.
Its alot like a scarf roserade, but mostly for the surprise factor.
Right now it has earthquake as the standard smogon set, Ive been considering sludge bomb to hit celebi harder, who I have a problem with generally.
Jirachi
Modest @ Leftovers
252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spe
-Thunder
-Psychic
-Wish
-Calm Mind
Calm rachi, with a slightly different ev spread, that I was to lazy to change.
It was a legit event poke with great IV's, so I just change it around when I feel like it.
This is my main work horse, it generally nets a few kills, bulk-ly tanks, and supports with wish passing, and paralyzing opponents.
Hlal - The Dragonite
Jolly @ Leftovers
58 HP / 252 Atk / 200 Spe
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
-Outrage
-Dragon Dance
Standard Danceing Dragon. Works great with Jirachi as a team-mate. Resists what hurts rachi..ect
Generaly people pair Mence with rachi...but I like Dragointe better. Style points.
Considering teaching fire punch, but blast is for skarmz and zongs.
Napoleon - The Empoleon
Timid @ Life Orb
48 HP / 252 SpA / 208 Spe
-Agility
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Grass Knot
Essentially, its a starmie replacement. Agility up for speed, then attempt a sweep.
Life orb is to get torrent activated quickly, and for the attack boost asap.
Chosen over starmie for the slightly more bulky side, and the myriad of defenses.
Okariou - The Lucario
Jolly - Focus Sash
252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 Hp
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extream Speed
-Stone Edge / Crunch
I would rather the last move be crunch, but it has stone edge right now.
You have seen this man before, you know what it does. Plane and simple.
Blissey
Bold @ Leftovers
252 Hp / 252 Defence / 4 S.Def
-S.Toss
-Soft Boiled
-Toxic
-Stealth Rocks
My varient on the standard issue blissey. Since I tend to rely on alot of steel men, who change quite a bit I find I tend to be lacking in the s.def department. So Toxicing people, specially special attackers when i come in to wall, is good for the rest of the team.
Also Jirachi doesn't mind having a toxic passer when he is stall wishing. Toxic could be dropped in favor of ice beam, or aromatherpy if I used a spiking roseraid, but I don't want to toxic everything, giving rachi the option to 60% paralyze with thunder.
trying to take a proactive stance with damage.
============================================
Here lately I have been testing Mix Swampert over Empoleon. Its better if I feel like I need another wall, and helps with phasing (roar), but I tend to feel like I don't have enough pure muscle to take on stuff when I am with out the pengin.
Some of my big problems I have found with the basic team is,
1) Lucario has a hard time getting in with out a spinner.
2) When not played around right, thunder wave hurts quite a bit.
3) Hail teams can wreek a little havoc with my general plan, but if I suspect a hail team, I can modfy to go Sandstorm with t-tar.
4) Fast Fire sometimes can get out of hand, infernape typhlosion and heatran all pose problems. Dragonite can usually deal with these three.
I have been wanting a good heatran of my own, but just never got around to it.

Its got some serious weaknesses, but they are a lot less tragic when you play right. A big part, is the eq/fire weakness, that can be easily dodged alot.
Wevile is a little rough. Garchomp can be almost bad when let loose stupidly, and mamoswine can be bad...but can easly be perdicted around.
Also I tend to prefer a good catnip/mint tea.

Moves / Builds? What roll are you trying to use each man for....
I'm going to have to say azumarill is the worst possible lead...I think? Maybe? Choice band Aquajet might just be worth it....I dont know if it is awsome or jank.

Azumarill (shiny)
Metagross
Flygon
Camerupt
Dusknoir
Aggron
First off, this is 1/2 of a sand storm team. Seriously gimping your self, unless you are planning on your opponent starting the sand.
Pure Power Zoomer is good, and can be out right broken if played right, its a crying shame that belly drum jet is still illegal. Aqua Jet Choice Band, or just leftovers, sub punching jet is also a cool idea.
Metagross, ok, cool beans, Im down with gross. Good physical wall.
Flygon, crappy garchomp? Kinda? Yea. It is, but style points for having it. Flygon gets roost, and U-turn, that no garchomp gets, so take advantage of this fact. I like U-turning CB'ers, and mixed roost sets. Something like EQ/Roost/Draco Metor/Fire Blast with a life orb...probly isnt a bad set...me thinks.
Camerupt, Good suport man, spreads burn. Solid rock gives him some needed durability when used propperly.
Dusknoir, ahh a good fat ass wall, also spreads burn, might not be nessary to have camerupt with dusky about.
Aggron. Why do you have the metal bear on a team that is not clearly a sand team. With sand, aggron becomes awsomer, with out sand aggron suffers hard. For the most part Aggron drops like a fly to a good eq or close combat. Realy, i havent been able to find him a place on any team I run, reliably.

That makes sense to me. Who do you think are some possible candidates to replace Aggron and Camerupt?

Well, you seem to be lacking a serious amount of muscile, and team support....and speed.
With Dusk, you have a good all around wall, who can pass out will-o-wisp, good for crippling attackers.
Metagross is a good strong buky physical attacker and wall.
Azumarill, is a bit of a weak link, but if its ability is pure power and it has aqua jet, well it could be a good physical wall too.
Flygon also has decent potential, but is your fastest man so far, so he probly should be somewhat quick.
=======================
What do we lack now?
Well, you only have 1 status to pass (dusknoir's will-o-whisp)...you have decent wall potential, and a way to be immune to normal/fighting/ground/poison....that is pritty decent immunities.
What seems is lacking is a special attacker or two, and some support.
Some ideas I would kick around would be rapid spining starmie, paraflinch togekiss, Support celebi/Mesprit , Bulky Zapdos. Maybe roserade. Scarf-phlosion is always a good choice.
I think I would add a paraflich togekiss and support mesprit.
I liked the sound of that.
================================================== =============
Try reading my guide to team building, it might help you see the ideas im trying to float to you.

This is a bit off topic, but.. Hey Bowserizer. I have a shiny Azumarill too! Ahem, anyways. Right now I'm really messing and swaping around with my team, but I should be done soon after a bit of testing. After that I'll probably come back and edit/make a new post of the team.

Really, when it comes to deep/competitve games, I stop and learn every aspect before I say I am done // put it in the belt.

Old team that still works wonders against people inexperienced fighting hail teams.
Tentacruel @ Shuca Berry
Timid
Ev's: Lol, to be honest, I don't know the ev's. Completely forgot.
-HPElectric
-Ice Beam
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
Regardless of me not knowing it's exact EV spread (I tried finding it from the person I got it from, but can't find it anywhere :l), what I do know is it hits 300 Speed, which let's me know if those base 100 speed Pokemon are running neutral natures (If I outspeed), or if their running a +speed nature. Same concept with base 95'ers, etc. He's pretty bulky on the special defense side with investment in it's HP + Sp. Def. I do know he's able to take a Draco Meteor however, which is more reason than ever to show how much bulk he has in that department.
Anyways, enough of his EV spread, his major roll is to Spike the field ASAP, and spin away spiker leads in turn. My team does not play well with Stealth Rocks and such. Shuca Berry has saved my ass in almost every battle. He's able to live EQ from big threats, which can let me throw 2 layers of Toxic Spikes, which is essential.
Abomasnow @ Leftovers
Timid
Ev's: 252 Speed : 252 Sp. Attack : 6 Attack
-Focus Punch
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Blizzard
Hail starter. Although Timid contradicts with Focus Punch and such, it's still necessary. There's no way Abomasnow should be 2HKO'ing Blissey on the switch in anyways, and I don't like this things defenses going down with a -def/sp.def nature since he can take some hits. So there it is. Leech Seed will screw around with Blissey and friends anyways, and people seem to struggle once I set up a Substitute and throw Focus Punches around
Froslass @ Focus Sash
Timid
Ev's : 252 Speed : 252 Sp. Attack : 6 Defense (I think)
-Destiny Bond
-Thunder Wave
-Spikes
-Ice Beam
Supporter and attacker somewhat. She's pretty damned fast, so I'm able to dish out Ice Beams pretty nicely. Thunder Wave is a blessing with Destiny Bond, as I can usually take out 1-2 Pokemon if played right. Spikes is there just in case I have a chance to lay it down, which happens sometimes.
Typhlosion @ Choice Scarf
Mild/Rash (I have two of these guys, sometimes I'll grab different ones by mistake but their essentially the same thing)
Ev's : 144 Attack : 252 Sp. Attack : 112 Speed
-Eruption
-Overheat
-Focus Punch
-Earthquake
Eruption will tear through almost any team without a solid special sponge or bulky water. He doesn't need to keep his HP at full health anyways to dish out some strong as hell Eruptions. But once it gets down, Overheat becomes to primary attack. Of course theirs Focus Punch for Blissey, which I don't see how in the world it should get the chance to 2HKO, but regardless it's there.
Weavile @ Life Orb
Jolly
Ev's : 252 Attack : 252 Speed : 6 Defense (I think)
-Taunt
-Night Slash
-Ice Punch
-Brick Break
He cleans up late game usually. Taunt cripples things such as Cresselia who would absolutely love Resting + Charge Beaming and such. But he's pretty straightforward. Just like Froslass, his HP ties at 281 (I think), so he's able to switch into Stealth Rock multiple times (Irrelevant a bit with Life Orb anyways) but yeah.
Walrein @ Leftovers
Bold
Ev's: 220 HP : 244 Def : 46 Speed
-Protect
-Substitute
-Surf
-Roar
If you haven't faced this thing yet, than your quite lucky. Ever since this set was invented, Walrein has been a star on hail teams. If you don't know how it works, well too bad : P But he does what he does best, and stalls in hail. With 46 Speed, he outroars common phazers (Except Suicune). Yep.
Anyways, off the top of my head, there it is. I do have problems with those damned Rock Sliders (Yeah I'm talking to you Aerodactyl), but I usually find a way to manage as long as I don't get FlinchHaxed. : )
