As defensive as he is, that just makes it funner to see your opponents reaction when you take the offensive, it really screws with their tactics, and his recovery is actually awesome when you start experimenting. For projectile gimps, you can counter, and choose the direction he charges in so that he slides into the level in mid air, as far as his Up-B goes, you can curve it so that he lands on the stage instead of the ledge, or you can use it and wall grab the side of the stage, then hop up afterwords.

I just realized; LUCARIO IS AWESOME!!! I probably should have given him more of a chance since I was a mewtwo seconday in melee, but I always resented him for replacing mewtwo, now though, he's so much better! I 'm sorry to say, I think I might for the first time ever, consider changing my main! Nah, I doubt I could just abandon link like that, but that's still a big deal that he actually made me think about it...
