  • Why do we say not to bump up old threads?
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bump_(Internet)
The thread was last posted in over a year ago. We tend to frown upon reviving of threads that are effectively dead. You where trying to get people to add you that are not online any-more (for the most part).
I think the date " 03-04-2008, 12:51 AM" is a dead give away as to when it was last posted in
We don't want a load of old dead threads reappearing after years of not being posted in as there is a habit of people trying to argue with members that aren't on here (see talking to ghosts)

If you don't like it then there is a "X" in the top right corner of the screen I suggest you press it and go elsewhere.
I don't know what you mean. I just joined today so I was just trying to get my name out there. No buddy told me anything about that. What do you even mean by bump up a thread? I just joined and I didn't even know that it was inactive for a year. That is the dumbest rule I ever heard of. Oh wait, how can I know if it is dumb if I don't even know what it means!? I think it means posting a message. If that is what it is then it is the dumbest rule I ever heard of. Who cares if people post on threads that have been inactive for a year. If you can tell me why I might get it.
    WARNING!!
Don't bump up threads that have been inactive for over a year.
Continue to do so shall result in a ban
