So... Does it come out today?
I can't get a straight answer out of anybody!
I checked release dates on Gamespot and IGN and they both say it RELEASES today.
Well, does it?

I went to get it earlier at a Walmart and GameStop and they both didn't have it. The guy at the gamestop store said that it doesn't come out till tommorrow.

I thought the US release date was the 12th, meaning today and the European release date as being the 16th.

no there all liers go to ign and check lunch center and its realses is tommarow so most likely most people would have to wait untill wensday to get it some only till tuseday they might have it but cant realse it

Traditional release dates for entertainment (games, movies, etc) are on Tuesdays. Thats is the reason why places are saying that the release date is the 13th.

Wii was released on sunday and correct me if i am wrong but isn't brawl scheduled for a sunday as well?
Nintendo, so innovative they release things on a different day.

So was gutiar Hero III. My guess is that more shoppers are in retail stores at this time of year, so releasing a huge game on a Sunday(and begining of new ad) would get huge sales.
