Picked ours up today too! It's as good as I thought it would be. Great classic Mario 64 type design with outstanding graphics, interesting new "Galaxy" based missions, just super fun. The wifey is even doing the 2nd player thing as official Starbit grabber and occasional enemy stunner (holding the rocks in place is pretty helpful!).
Highly recommended unless you're just anti-platform/anti-Mario games.

I got mine today. Its up there w/ LoZ:TP for best Wii game yet. and its also reinventing the platformer genre as we know it.

I got my copy because the guys at my local EB insisted i would love this game......
And they even let me return TP( after 6 months..)....and the guide, to swap for MG and the hardcover guide..... Why?.....because all i do is play MP on 360(halo,cod4, r6v)....my wii never gets used.....( TP was not to my liking.......)...and they all felt that MG would bring me back.... they were right.......and I'll tell you something else.... everyone comments on the fun, graphics, gameplay, visuals... what no one mentions is the sound track...... I have it hooked up to surround sound...and the MG music( in dolby pro logic II) is equal or better than anything on my 360...uncluding HALO 3...... just a GREAT soundtrack......
