I can't seem to figure out how to get to that upper level. I've been trying to figure it out for hours with no luck at all. Can someone give me a very vague, tiny HINT on how to get up there. I wanted to finish the whole game without cheating or anything, but this is driving me nuts. So a very vague hint would be appreciated (don't just tell me, please).

For reference, I've got 100 stars and I'm just going back through all the galaxies finding the hidden stars (and a few comet ones too).

uhhh i'm pretty sure all you need are the 6 grand stars.

No. In the Beach Bowl level, there is a second tier of little hills or whatever that you can just jump/climb up to. It's where the giant waterfall is falling from. You can clearly get up there somehow, but I cannot figure it out.

therell might be a spring mushroom there to turn you into spring mario and then you can jump up.

I believe that is correct...

i think theres a treasure chest on the right you need to open with one of those green shells from the water.
