Now, what happened at the end with Blumiere and Timpani?

I know at the end in the credits, they both appear (at least thats what I can conclude), and they were happy in fact...

I haven't done all side quests, so, how does it affect the gameplay of the game for not having tippy with you?

I just wanna know what you think about this
