Tree

i have managed to get through the tree, but ive got to the top of the last bit, but cant seem to figure out how to continue, ive bombed the ? and got the 20hp but how do i get on that final platform with the blue !?

Any help would be great,

is that where u get to the top of the tree and there's the wind blowing and that's all?

ride the RED wind gust. it will take you all the way to the upper right. and i dont remember whats over there. it's been a while.
