Yeah: SSX Blur, SMG, Metroid Prime 3, and a bunch of others. MP3 even shows wiimote battery power in the visor at the top. It's pretty cool.

i use to get this playing twilight princess all the time. Im sure it happens with any game.

not with the super smash bros it don't.

I was playing the mini-game where you shoot coins and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't shoot my coins... then I realized... daggit, the battery had just died D:
