Heart pillar for passing 3

Ok I m at the flip place and have beaten frances and have my tippi back.
I do not know where to find the heart pillar to move onto 4 now though??
I have gone everywhere. i have not passed 100 oit deal though but do i have to ? to get to 4 that is?
i read on here something about a boy w/ a fish bowl also when i go to
story 3 i do not see a boy w/ a fish bowl?
also there is a crack in the wall i broke and went thru it and see that lil window w/ lightning thru it,,how do i do whatever it is to open that?

ask the fortune teller for help, anytime your stuck, its really effective. She lives near merlon (2 houses to the right)

second floor of flip side, flip in front of the flipside tower (building between merlons and the Inn), go right as far as u can go. flip back and get your flipping time back up. go left of where you are (not flipped). there are small pillars on the ground, flip to see which direction they must go (some are suppose to be up and some are suppose to be down)

use thudly to move the small pillars.

Uhhm, I can't remember very well.

When you flip you see like four or five pillars there. You have to copy the order to translate onto stubs that you ground pound on...
