We're lucky the series even made it overseas, as most best selling game series don't ever see western shores. And if they do it's years later, after the japanese have grown tired of them.

Why so bitter? Why SHOULD we get completely remade versions of their games? You don't see Mass Effect changing for Japan.

exactly...if it was just a cash cow then we'd have all american based characters that would appeal to us... if it was a cash cow then the games wouldnt be able to be played together online and ours would basicaly be a stand alone game... the fact that the community is world wide is a testiment to how its NOT a cash cow
