one person starts a room, and u get 45 seconds to join it or else the game tries to start with one person. its alot of 'join... leave... retry' for me.

or just watch your flist for someone to have started a room, then join theres

your flist puts online people at the top, and u can see if there 'online, seeking, or brawlin' so it isnt terrible, but theres no type of IM or PM to invite someone.

Oh ok, thanks, Seibar for the explanation...But hey I seem to remember in the Brawl site that you can input a short message below your icon when online, like: "Hey join my room" or something..Right?

u can edit your comment, which then takes the place of your friend number below your icon. then you get your 4 taunts, which people use for 'hello, wtf, lol, eat it, etc'
you gotta be standing on the ground to use them tho, so kinda works as chat
but u cant edit them while fighting

Just to let the OP know, we (the US) is no longer on EST, CST, et cetera. We are now on EDT, CDT, MDT, PDT, etc. - as we have changed over to Daylight Savings time. If you want to simplify it, just use ET, CT, MT, PT, CET (Central European Time), GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), et al.
