I did level 4 with King Dedede with an awesome time, I forgot though..
And you pronounce it Sparks, but I spelled it Sparx.
I actually find level 4 the hardest, level 5 is easy, you just need someone with projectile attacks.
-Hit the target on top of you, then the one to the left.
-Get the rocket launcher, hit the on top, then go down and hit the first two on your right and then hit the bottom one.
-Go over to the right and jump to the wall and throw the beam sword up, at the same time hit the target behind the wall.
-Pick you sword back up and throw it at the 2 targets remaining.

Ya level 5 is easy but i think 10 seconds> is just too un professinal becuase you can make a simple mistake and it wont hurt you, while in level 1 if you make a mistake you dont get a perfect time

I'll try doing it again, but I don't have an SD card. I actually copied a guy who submitted a video and it was shown on the "Replay of the Day" as I like to call it.

I forgot to save the replay for the first one, but I have one of me doing it in 7.76, which is close enough.
I have the replay for the second one.

Sparx, I know which Zelda method you mean, congratulations on your time, whenever I try it, I always get about 13 seconds.
For my Falco one, I used this method:

I was just slower than them.
Just so you know, I did co-operation with my brother, call him OMBRE. Also, I was Falco, he was Fox, not the other way around. 
I'll work with my brother to beat co-operation.
EDIT:
I can probably get better scores than these, I'll just give you the scores that I have at the moment.
Single:
Level 1: 7.08 - Falco
Level 2: 10.88 - Falco
Level 3: 14.21 - Fox
Level 5: 17.91 - R.O.B.
Co-op:
Level 1: 4.93 - Falco/Fox - CONK/OMBRE
Level 2: 6.05 - Falco/Falco - CONK/OMBRE
Level 3: 10.86 - Ike/Sonic - CONK/OMBRE
Level 5: 9.70 - R.O.B./Kirby - CONK/OMBRE
I have replays for them all, I believe.
Sparx, I would like to see a replay of you performing 8.18 with Zelda, it is almost unbelieveable as it is 0.1 seconds off of the world record! :o
