I HAVE a big issue Please help

I was playing online but when i did a smash with Ike a thing poped up and said you have been disconnected then tried to get back online but it still says no connection so then i tested the internet connection says green which is 3 bars max then tried the browser which i'm on right now and works perfectly then trid brawl online again still says no connection is anyone else experiencing this issue?
