This is a role playing thread, and it's designed to be very in-depth. What I'm trying to do here is to have many people collaborate to make a story together. Each member chooses a character, then sticks with that character. Using the motives of your chosen character, we make a plot up as we go along. You can choose to make your character good or evil, but if you make your character evil, don't make them Link or Mario or anyone else who is designed to be good in their own game.
You can use characters from Brawl, characters from Melee that didn't make it to Brawl, characters you hoped would make it to Super Smash Bros but didn't, or made up characters. If you make up a character, please describe them fully and provide a picture. (It can be a drawing, a sprite, etc, as long as I understand what it looks like from the picture)
Here is an example of Role Playing:

User 1: (Character: Fox)
Fox walked down the forest path with Meta Knight. It was a cold evening, but what could they expect in November? He wondered if anyone else was nearby. Master Hand put Donkey Kong, Mario, Lucas, Meta Knight, and himself to patrol the forests. Just last night there had been another Primid rebellion. It seemed they were really alive this time around; not robotic slaves made of Shadow Bugs. As darkness fell, he began to grow cold. "Do you want to set up camp?" He asked Meta Knight.

User 2: (Character: Meta Knight)
"Not yet... I detect enemy presence. Bowser was leading the Primid rebellion last night, was he not? Let's make sure he's not lingering around still, plotting another attack. I saw him with a Trophy Cannon. Those things are dangerous. If he hits us both with it, we may never see the light of day again. Besides, it's only 7:00. At least- At LEAST- another two hours of patrol, if not more."
(A post like this would quote User 1's post to avert confusion.)

User 1:
"I suppose I see your point. Let's keep moving."

User 3: (Bowser and some primids)
Bowser jumped out from behind a particularly large tree. "I'm not going to let you escape this time, you two. Last night Donkey Kong was there to aid you, but this time I have you even more outnumbered! Primids, come forth!"
About 20 Primids emerged from behind Bowser. "What do you want us to do, master?"
"You don't need to ask me that," Bowser spat. "Attack those two!"
"Yes sir." The Primid motioned to his allies to attack Fox and Meta Knight.
Bowser himself took out his trophy cannon, took aim at Meta Knight, and fired.

User 2:
Meta Knight was squaring off with two Primids, and didn't notice the black arrow headed straight for him. He turned into a trophy without even knowing what had hit him.

User 1:
"No!" Fox ran up to Meta Knight, but before he could tap the trophy stand and revive him, the two Primids formerly attacking Meta Knight got in his way. "Fire!" Fox shouted, and fire engulfed him as he charged forward.

That would be a typical example of five consecutive posts.

Rules
-No god-modding. This means you can't overpower your character with unfair advantages.
Example:
As soon as he saw Bowser jump out from behind the bushes, Fox saw a smash ball appear. He ran up to it, shattered it, and took out the indestructible Landmaster. "No way you can survive this," he said to Bowser grimly.

-No bunnying. This means you can't take control of other people's characters, and you can't say what happens to them. (Be it in a battle or not)
Example #1:
Fox asked Meta Knight if they should set up camp for the night and he agreed.
Example #2:
Bowser fired the Trophy Cannon at Meta Knight and it hit him in the face and he (Meta Knight) turned into a trophy.

-No chatspeak. Pretty self explanatory.
Example:
meta nite pwned bowsr wth glxia drknes

-Try to keep your posts good and lengthy. It doesn't leave people with much material to build off of. Obviously, if you're in a conversation with another character, it can be forgiven.
Example of an unlengthy post:
Fox walked down the forest path with Meta Knight.

Those are the four big rules. Obviously, this is pretty loose, but do your best to make it fun for yourself and for others.

Alliances: Are they good or evil?
Gender: Male or Female?
Appearance: What does your character look like? Try to be very descriptive, I'm looking for at least 5 sentences. If you add a picture, great, but I'm still looking for a descriptive summary.
Personality: How does your character act? What are their motives? I'm looking for 1-2 sentences here.
Quirks: (Optional) Does your character have anything special about them that you would like other participants to know about?

Appearance: Link is a Hylian, and therefore has long, pointed ears, unlike typical human beings. His eyes are a bright blue, and his skin is somewhat fair, without being pale. The most striking thing about him is his outfit: He wears an all green tunic with a Santa Clause-esque green hat. He proudly carries the Master Sword around with him wherever he goes in his right hand, and a Hylian Shield in his left hand. Besides those, he had a plethora of other items, such as the Gale Boomerang, the Hero's Bow, the Ball and Chain, or the Hookshot.

Personality: Link is somewhat on the quiet side, but is very compassionate toward his friends and very hateful toward his foes. He has been reincarnated and selected as the Hero of Time many times, and has had to face off with Ganondorf an equal amount of times.

Please remember that if your character is good in his/her game, please make him/her good, and the same for evil characters. However, if you choose a neutral character, you may choose whether they are good or evil. Characters that fall under this category are Wario, Meta Knight, King DeDeDe, Shadow the Hedgehog, Wolf, etc.

Appearance: Mario a resident of the mushroom kingdom. Mario's basic appearance has changed little over the years. He is consistently portrayed as a short, stubby man wearing a hat with an 'M' on it, brown hair, black moustache, an abnormally large and bulbous nose, white gloves, and denim overalls. Mario's outfit often changes to suit the his adventures.


Personality: Mario is portrayed as being a kind-hearted and brave hero with archetypically heroic aspects, with a love of pasta and pizza. Mario's cheerful personality is reflected in his high pitched voice. Although he largely speaks in English with a thick Italian accent, he has been known to sporadically break into Italian. Mario's speech is usually limited to short phrases like: "Okey dokey!", "Woohoo!", "Let's a-go!", "It's-a me! Mario!", and more. However besides these short phrases, Mario never really makes any conversation most of the time , just leaving the talking to other characters.

Description: The Black Knight is Ike's archenemy from Fire Emblem. He is tall, and encased in aldonite armor. He carries around a huge and powerful sword. Because he wears so much armor, he is somewhat slow. He sometimes will go on a rant, and he also asks questions that he knows the answer to, like "Did you think you could defeat me?"

Personality: The Black Knight is cunning and clever. Although he is evil, he maintains a sense of honor.

Edit: The Black Knight is in possession of warp powder, so he can get out of nearly any situation, but because of his awesome power, he usually only uses it for quick travel.

Good enough to pass. I'm glad we have someone to face, I feared no one would sign up for evil and it would only be good characters doing nothing. I'm also glad you signed up for a character not actually in Brawl, but should have been.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Ridley is a large (around 20-30 feet) puple, pterasaur-like dragon. He has yellow pupil-less eyes, a jagged set of teeth, and a horrifying roar. He also has large wings that he uses to get around. In fact, Ridley spends more time in the air than not. If his teeth and massive strength in proportion to his size aren't enough, he also has claws and talons that can rip his opponents to shreds. Ridley is NOT someone to be messed with.
Personality: Ridley is the arch-nemesis of intergalactic bounty hunter Samus Aran, and he leads a group of interstellar nomads and invaders known as the Space Pirates. Besides his particular hatred for Samus, Ridley seems to enjoy destruction and chaos. However; he is certainly willing to work under a higher power (Black Knight for example) as long as he is able to indulge in massive violence.
Quirks: Contrary to popular belief, Ridley DOES speak English (revealed in the Metroid e-manga) and is quite intelligent. His roars are most likely his native tounge; but he can communicate.

New Plot: Adventure Mode: Return of the Subspace Army

Tabuu has been watching the Island for the longest time. He has been waiting a long time for this...

Location: Angel Island
Characters: Sonic, Snake

Now that the Earth is safe once again, the plot moves on 3 months after the events in SSE. Sonic is visiting his new friend, Snake. Suddenly, Snake gets a call that Metal Gear REX is headed right for him.

Boss Battle: Metal Gear REX

Unfortantly, both Sonic and Snake are defeated. Suddenly a large Buster blast blows back REX. It is none other than Mega Man X.

Boss Battle: Metal Gear REX

Location: Outside Saffron City
Characters: Pokemon Trainer

Our hero Red (Yes, that is his real name) is strolling when he discovers a wild Alakazam. It turns out that is really owned by Rival Trainer, Gary. A fight ensures.

Fight: Rival Trainer

After the fight gets over, the sky turns a real dark red. Red reconizes it and gets ready to fight. Rival Trainer decides to join him when a silver suit floats down from the sky. As Shadow Bugs begin to form evil characters, the suit crumbles, showing who is really inside: Mewtwo. He begins the fight with his Melee famous cackle, as his fist turn purple from the darkness......

The journey ends now...What Happens Next?.....

I like the effort, but this isn't exactly what I was looking for.


Very good job. I'm glad someone finally used the quirks; I didn't think anyone did. It also helped clear up the fact that Ridley can speak English. I am not a Metroid player, so I wouldn't know. I suspected he was a genius, but I was unsure as to whether he could speak English or not.

I just wanted to add that the Black Knight has Warp Powder. Because of this, he can get out of any situation. But because of his power, he usually only uses it for quick travel.
