I was logging into Heroes a few minutes ago and it kept counting down from 19 and resetting not letting anyone into play the game...Anyone ever experience this?

Hey I've come across a lot of glitches and only saw that happen when players keep joining and leaving. Most likely due to them not like current vote for map selection. Ie my worst map is jungle and therefore I try to avoid it. Not in front of my console so I will look up my FC laterMy name for GE is Michael. Just got rank 44! So unrewarding until 50.
