1. licensing with publishing is resolved
2. esrb re-rating

if those things happen, its a yes. if they don't, its a no. there is no maybe.

check for other threads on this, there have been many. basically, nintendo wants rare's games on the VC, and is pursuing this with them, but there is no confirmation on a yes or no yet, and i imagine it won't be for a while that anyone hears anything about it, if ever, lest we forget Microsoft owns rare, and has never been known to give anything to its competitors.
