Video games is one kind of entertainment which is used to waste/pass time unless you're doing it for money. Other forms of entertainment are also a waste of time, such as watching tv, going to the movies, sports, comedy shows, clubs, concerts, posting on this thread, etc. are all forms of entertainment which is a waste of time but it's a fun waste of time. A true waste of time would be just sitting there doing nothing.

With as many games, movies, cartoons, shows that I've watched like a religion, the possibilities are well over 9000. Endless even.
