3 time for houl stones

I need to get the houl stones so i can get past this part but i cant find the one in zoron dominian and there is this water way with alot of them but it is blocked by all this stuff how do i get through?

the one near zoras domain is outside the fishing hole i think.

i cant find it in zorans domain i looked everwhere in it i think its under the water

there is none under the water. you cant howl if it WAS underwater.
