How do I get to this? I went down to the very bottom floor and I see a blue block way up top and I cant jump to it, nothing in 3d, nothing hidden, none of the pixls help.
I can't remember if it's the third but it may be infront of merlons place, go 3d. or go to the very top and then to the end, flip 3d and go through the hole in the wall.
I think I went back to the outskirts then down a tube before the 2nd heart pillar then left all the way to a tube blocked with bricks, then I blew them up with the boomer guy then went down and it was down there.
