about the special ability rocks

I know that special ability is also known as secret attacks, and i believe there are about 7 of them.
I found 2 so far, but I don't know how i found them.
are they hidden? or are there easier way to find them?

Their all over the place they're pretty easy to find just look around and you should come across them during the game

uhhhh.. not to sure i don't think so but trust me if you just take a little time to look around new areas you go to you'll find all of them without any trouble. No i'm not going to post where they are if you want that go find a guide
