Hi,

I currently live in Sweden, but I'm from Canada, and I'm going back there for three weeks soon. The wii is 1/3 the price in Canada than it is in Sweden, and so are the games. If I bought a Wii in Canada with a bunch of games, and brought it to Sweden, and bought the proper adapter for the outlet, would there be any further problems? Different types of tvs or monitors? I could use my computer monitor if it won't work on the tv. Does anyone know anything abuot this? Thanks!

I don't think so
But if you buy a console from Canada then only Canadian games will work on it....
Or USA I think
If you buy a Wii from Europe any game from europe will work....

Unless you get it chipped but you don't wanna do that lol

ya, I figure I can just buy American games and get them shipped over here. Even with the shipping cost, they're still be cheaper. I don't foresee a problem either, but I just don't want to end up coming home with a wii that doesn't work.

As most modern TV sets and flat screens are compatible with NTSC output (60Hz) you shouldn't have any issues . . . . .
