Animated Avatars! Problem

How do I make an animated avatar work here?

I tried url address and uploading but they are always one frame pics!

Hmm, I presume you have it on .gif (though I know there is a way to have a bitmap animated, though I don't know how). Mine works fine, so I'm not sure unless it's too big file size wise, or too big space-wise.

Kedarshashi, post the pic or link to the pic you want as your avatar and im sure one of us can size it down so you can use it as an avy.
