Any news on Earthbound?

Just wanted to check if anybody has heard any good news about Earthbound being available on VC anytime soon? I'm having withdrawals!

im trying to play it on a DS emulator, not workin so well though

I really hope we dont have to wait till next year or the year after to see this epic game on VC
