Action bits better than most of Hollywoods out put
CGI Disney should take a few pointers quality not quantaty
DUB lets put it this way if all dubed anime was like this there whould be no more point to watchin subs
Plot something about mind controll

I'm picking up the 2-disc collector's edition on Tuesday(3-11-2008) which is the day it officially hits shelves in the US.

Also, Dark Horse has been reprinting all of Masamune Shirow's manga in new editions!

Yea, but they are re-releasing Appleseed, Dominion, Intron Depot, Black Magic M66 etc.

I have all the Ghost in the Shells, 3 volumes of Appleseed, and Dominion. It might take all year for them to get them all re-packaged/reprinted. But they are much nicer than the older versions from the 90s.

I snagged a copy of the 2-disc metal-case(like the 2004 movie) DVD version at Best Buy for $23. The retail price is $35 so that was a good deal.

I loved the movie and would say we have yet another Shirow-manga-to-movie instant-classic!!!
