Hi all.

I have just got a digital free view box. But I cannot pick up BBC 1 or 2. I have 37 other channels that work fine, including channels ITV, 4, 5, BBC4, etc. They are all perfect quality.

I cannot get BBC 1 or 2 to work at all. Why would this be?

The TV uses is digital I am told. And therefore picks up digital a signal. I just need to the free view box to get all the other channels. When I do not use the free view box BBC 1 and 2 are fine.

Thanks for any help.

Jake

MOst probably becuase of your area, our neighbours had to pay £600 for a top of the range antenna to pick up freeview lol

Or maybe its your freeview box, some work better than others.

Are you using an internal or external aerial? If indoors try positioning it in different areas.

Also have a read through the manual and see if there is any calibration settings for frequency or re-scanning tools.
