Best action/comedy movie?

Having some friends over, with both genders and majority wanted an action/comedy movie. What is the best new one out there right now?

The first two Beverly Hills Cop movies are pretty good too. Although they may be rated R, so I don't know if it's available to you or not. Evil Dead/Army of Darkness are also a couple other good choices.
