best beginners drum kit and which game?

Hi all

I want to get a drum kit and rock band type game for my wii, but don't know where to start. I've heard that if you get the right drum kit it will work with all of the rock band and guitar heros games. The logitech one is lovely but too expensive.

What is the best budget drum kit and game for a beginner? I'm only interested in drums, not the other instruments.

But I still want ROCK so what is the best starter game out of rockband and guitar heros etc?
