Black screen, please help!!!

My son was playing Mario Galaxy game, the console freeze. He cannot get out the freeze mode, he then unplug&plug the power, he only get the black screen. This is original console, there is no modification at all. The green/orange LED, insert/reject disk, sync controller still OK. There is no sound or video when power up, I only see a quick text display at the top of the TV for 1 second and the TV screen turn black.

Yes, I borrow another cable from my friend, I also check the input composite port on the TV with another DVD player. I can confirm the issue with the Nintendo console, it does not boot up. There is no audio or video.

Sounds like you'll have to send it to support, my friend.

But before that: Try unplugging your console from the socket, leave it for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in.
