I have like 80 episodes off a mate but haven't started it yet but here's the first episode links from youtube, be quick they're slowly but surely removing all anime from there because of the japanese production companies getting pissed off at fansubbers.

I don't think it's japanise that are problem thing is that Bleach is licenced by American company thats why it is under American copywrights. Disputing or publicly showing licenced material is not allowed without permission.
