Is there a trick to this that I'm not getting becuase it is near impossible!

You've got to punch the trainers mitts but I miss 60% of the time. My highest score is 6!

    How do I do this?
    Is there a trick?

the uppercuts, for me, never work right. imo boxing is the least responsive out of all the wiisports.

I have to agree, I can't get the boxing down as well as I would like. My 8 year old kicks my butt :D....

I would think lean meaning you tilt your body to the left or right to dodge. In the training you need to tilt your body so your glove is by the trainers mit.

LOL the first time I trained I beat up my trainer every hit.... pour guy!

Like others have said, make sure you lean, especially in that training.

Hold the Wiimote + Nunchuck up to your face (perpendicular to the ground) and just lean left or right.
