Hi all,

I'm going to buy this:http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/st...null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=042878&category_oid=
as i currently have a speedtouch USB modem which isn't compatible with normal wireless routers so i'm going for one with a built in modem.

On the description it says "ADSL Connection for BT Customers" and i'm an orange (wanadoo) customer so i guess it won't work?

Anyone know if its just for BT customers or does it work with any ISP?

thanks !

I'd have thought it would be fine, its basically for anyone that doesnt get internet through cable eg NTL.

I would presume that Orange rent their broadband lines through BT anyway or at the very least go through their exchanges.

This one should also work

Let me know how u get on though.
Ok then, thanks, i'm buying one tomorrow, just want to go on the internet on my wii. PC upstairs, wii downstairs, what one would u recommend, BT or linksys?

i get my internet through BT but as i've been with them for years I only had their green usb modem thing, this was long before they offered wireless modems as they do now.

I've got a Linksys modem router and it works really well for me.

it all depends on how old your house is, each router has it's strengths and weakness's in houses, the netgears and linky's are often good in house's which were built after 1960, and anything before that i would recomend a belkin.
