That's a pretty vague question. Are you asking about what comes with the Wii, by default, as a pack in from Nintendo? Or are you referring to some sort of Walmart/(Insert company name here) pack in where they force you to buy a bunch of games you don't want along with your Wii?
Assuming the prior, it comes with the Wiimote, Nunchuk, Wii Sports as pack ins.
