Can I play my Wii on my monitor with this cable?

Play Wii on PC Monitor

VGA to S Video going the wrong way. VGA(monitor) to S Video. Take a look at these. One is HDTV.

Since Wii has no S Video anyway it would be plugged into tv then out to monitor. Major lag (if tv has s video) or to a capture card or camera etc.
To connect directly from Wii to monitor these will work. Nothing easy is ever cheap.
Also the signal has to be converted.
