right click and press copy image location then click the pic of the mountain with the yellow background in the quick reply bit and paste your link in there..

Go on www.imageshack.us then upload them...scroll down and copy the "direct link" and then post the image in between tages like ths -

Or do as Rach says with the mountains, thats easier and faster.
