Changing LED's in wiimote and wii drive

I just ordered some 0603 smd led's about 10 red, 10 green, and 10 yellow. Is there an easy way to take out the old ones in the wii mote? Well I like a challenge, hopefully my solder skills are up to par. Just looking for any advice. Thanks

Unfortunately, I have no clue about soldering or anything like that besides Tech class.
But I really want to hear how it goes.

Well hopefully things go smooth. I don't really see what could really go wrong. I mean I might not have an led work but that really doesn't matter. I will post pictures of the mod once it is done. Wish me luck
