If you have a problem with a certain member just add him/her to your user ignore list. Also if you find their posts to be offensive and or breaking the forum rules just use the report button. Finally if you have a problem with a members posts and the way that their acting towards others just report that said member to one of the forum moderators. Creating a thread to give one said member the cold shoulder will most likely get you nowhere and will most likely encourage that said member to spam and or flame some more.
