I would like to but a Wii console from United States for my kids. Only that we live in Romania, Europe. I would like to know if it is going to work in there. What adapters should I buy besides the socket adapter.

Wii consoles are region locked. So even if you have the right power and video adapters, it will only play games sold in the US.
