Connecting wii to internet with airport (mac)

Help! I am trying to connect my wii to the internet via airport on my mac. I find the access point but for some reason when I try to test the connection it gives me an error question.:mad2: Please help!

Well.....What error did it give you? If your network is encrypted you might want to try to re-enter the code.

No there is no wep key. It said that it couldn't connect please consult the manual for more imformation. (Which I did but it didn't help)
